This is a great book! An easy read that is helpful and informative about how to become a better “people” person. Also includes many references to other experts in the field. I highly recommend this book to anyone.

A good, brief book on how to deal with others. There are many examples of how to interact with people in ways that don’t harm their ego. The final chapter is an action plan for the reader to fill out and follow up on, a great way to chart your success. Highly recommended.
