Taoist sex is all about energy flow. “Your genitals and spine are like a water wheel that draws the energy up your spine and then pours it into your head to replenish your brain. From there it flows down like a waterfall into your abdomen, where it can be stored in a life-giving reservoir of energy.” The 28 exercises here all teach a deeper energetic sensitivity within oneself before cultivating the flow of sexual energy with a partner. 5 Stars Different Angle for Your Sex Life
I bought this book after practicing some techniques for multiple orgasm by Dr Newman K. Lin. These techniques are fantastic and workable. I bought this book to get into more detail about the taoist method in cycling the energy inside the body, and have multiple orgasm for men. I did read multiple orgasm for men and microcosmic orbit, and I found that microcosmic orbit is fantastic. It is workable but needs a lot of training. You need to be patient and try many times to reach there and see the light at the end of the tunnel. My concern is only contracting the PC muscle will trigger ejaculation, however you should contract the tailbone muscle instead. According to Dr. Lin these techniques will require 3 to 12 months to practice perfectly. According also to Mantak Chia, you may experience a small orgasm in the begining which is not comparable with the ejaculatory orgasm, but onwords these orgamsic waves will be intensifed and you will have a lot of pleasure. You will not need to ejaculate a lot, but what you will need is to have many orgasms. Incorporating this energy with intercourse and extract the female energy will give you soul orgasm and full body orgasm which you will never forget.
Beleive in yourself and beleive of the power of Allah which given to you and by pateience you will succeed.

5 Stars Valuable guidance, difficult to follow fully.
I found this a wonderful book, although I have been able only to scratch the surface of what it claims to be able to teach a man. The emphasis on non-ejaculation is very valuable, even though I have never come close to the whole-body, non-ejaculatory orgasms said to be possible. I was, however, lucky enough to find a woman who could enter an orgasmic state with my staying erect and right with her for the better part of an hour.

How gently and superbly and amazingly this book explained the experiences of a random couple (”What are the odds?” as my partner would put it…) who have somehow found a connection to the Way- and how marvelous that it could help bring that journey to true realization for both of them. I have been reading this text after the fact, and unable to explain any of it- or my partner, my boo, to explain- either. Having heard the term “Sacred Sex” since the 1960s and simply believing it was a line for some men to have their way with some women- how astonishing, after all these years, to find that it actually means to make love with your souls as well as making love with your bodies.
What a tragedy that we in a western culture have been turned from these great benefits by several older organizations that, centuries ago, wanted to seize all available influence for themselves and share none with the poor, poor people they promised to safeguard. Now that protection against the invading hoards of infidels is temporarily stemmed, what a miracle that these blessed secrets are being made available to a spiritually lonely and starved public, once more.
I understand and sympathize that this book might be repudiated by true Taoists. But serious scholars and priests, please consider the humble opinion of a neophyte, who has had some little experience with this tradition and a whole lot in life, from a turbulent childhood on- this text could help Enlighten people. And wasn’t that one of the purposes of Lao Tzu in taking the time to write his own book, just before his retirement from society? While the focus on Eastern spiritual teachings may make the bookslightly less accessible to the general reader, the information contained in it has proven helpful to men and women who want to learn the art of multi-orgasm.
