5 Stars Great Book!
I really liked this book. It uses NLP, meditation, self-hypnosis and basic strategies for success to help reprogram ones self-image and thought patterns. I had read a few NLP books before this, but this is the first one that I was able to put to practical use. I was pleasantly surprised when it dedicated a chapter to Byron Katie’s work. (If you want to stop being miserable read her book). After reading Change your life in 7 Days I felt as though I had gained some valuable skills for taking charge of my life and not letting past disappointments hinder my future. It’s really smart stuff.

I noticed all of the low ratings were from people who either did not receive their book form a vendor or were unable to access the download. The download worked fine last week when I accessed it. It’s unfortunate because this guy really knows what he is talking about, and I think that if the steps are followed there is no reason that a person could not change his or her life for the better by reading this book.

I highly recommend it.

4 Stars It’s like taking a course!
This 7 day program is quite an intensive course on discovering and figuring yourself out. I am finding it requiring more time and emotional energy than I planned yet I see that it will be invaluable in the log run! Wow, it makes you look hard at yourself. 5 years of therapy in a book. The CD is great. Listening to it even if you don’t read the book is still great for you self esteem.

I read a little at a time and then go back and re-read to be sure I got it. I listen to the CD as often as I can and it is amazing. It can change my mood from bad to good. I believe that this is like a reference book to go back to many times.

5 Stars Download link does work
I have read the one star postings stating that the download does not work. It must have been fixed, because it is working now. Just go to the link cited in the book and download (The UK page). Do not go to his US web page version because it is not there. Maybe that is what the previous one star reviewers did. I had no problem downloading the audio, and it is good!

My review of the book? OMG! Seems to be a combination of Psycho-cybernetics, NLP, with a killer hypnosis program. What has me excited about this book/ program is it appears to be a manual software for my mind. Face it, our mind is more fabulous than the largest supercomputer, but we don’t have the manual on how to run the dang thing, so it runs us, and other people are able to run it by pushing our buttons. No more, I am in charge of my mind, my direction, and my life. It also teaches how to change your mind states to be more positive, feel GREAT whenever you want, and able to choose what you want to feel. How is that for a concept? You choose your life and how you feel. Thanks Paul! You rock!! Five stars plus.

PS If you can find any of his success for life audios (out of print and hard to find), get it. Buy it, pirate it, or borrow it, just listen to it.

5 Stars It Works
After reading Chapter One I felt different. I couldn’t put my finger on it but something had clicked. As I began to listen regularly to the self-hypnosis download on a daily basis I felt different again. Then my life began to change. I won’t go into detail but some choices I had been pondering became very clear. And taking action was just a natural activity.

Read the book and DO the worksheets. Follow along with his instructions to read a chapter a day, listen to the download, relax and watch what happens. I’ve recommended this book to more friends than I can count and they say the same thing - the change just seems to happen.
